- Retreat activities blended with your private time

- Early evening: Michèle St.Amour / Chakaura™ will regroup for evening meals and open group discussions and evening activities

- Departures
Meet and greet, relax, get comfortable with the retreat center. The retreat itinerary will be handed out specially adapted to your personal or group’s needs. Questions will be answered by the retreat representatives.
Retreat activities tend to be in the mornings ending with a nutritious brunch and question period blended with your afternoon private time.
Mornings are dedicated to group activities, and afternoons to workshops, private sessions with your hosts, time to relax, read, kayak, swim, or walk the pristine beaches.
Early evening: Some evenings are beach sunsets, and teachings by the fire time if weather permits.
Join us for delicious nutritious brunches in the Yucatan. Our meals are first and foremost a palate delight, health-conscious, fresh, local, created with organic ingredients arranged into tasty dishes served with ocean view panorama.
Menus are fixed and balanced with many options for a satisfying experience. The culinary herbs and greens we serve are local and the fish caught by the local fisherman in the Progresso area.
The meals served following the recommendation of low refined-grain content, high protein and mineral/vitamin nutrition. A brunch on activity days is (described in your package) served and is included in your package at the Casa Blanca Chakaura Centre where our soulful activities are held. Aromatic infused waters are served to quench your thirst.
These are self-managed alcohol-free and mood-altering substance-free events. Our brunch menu is balanced so you will enjoy healthy and nutritious foods based on the teachings you will get for proper support of your immune system, nervous system, increase your energy levels and overall health. All the menus are created by our certified Chakaura nutritional and lifestyle experts from their extensive experience of over 30 years eating for LIFE for LIFE™ and Soul Health.
Chakaura retreats enforce the Elders Rules at all functions; teachings of respect and structure taught to Michèle through the many sacred Aboriginal ceremonies and visits of her Elder teachers; such as Abuela Margarita, a Mayan Mexican Medicine Women.
All her events follow ancient structures founded on the Chakaura™ protocols and structures of the world of SOUL where everything begins. The afternoons are a blend of assigned readings, inner journeys, pensive healings, and all-out relaxing and rejuvenating. Your personal time can be spent reading, laying on the beach, walking the shore, book a session at the Chakaura Centre or a Physio-yoga session, take a nap and simply be, guilt-free!
Michèle teaches that there is a way of moving throughout life without needing to follow the path of suffering which she calls the dimension of our reality where suffering is created. She teaches within the paradigm of the path of non-suffering which is founded on the structures of what some call heaven on earth.

Chakaura™ Retreats are offered with various accommodation choices one being a collaboration with a small local resorts located on the Gulf of Mexico, with miles of endless white beaches. Our retreat location is 45 minutes from the city of Merida city and 20 minutes from the Port of “Progreso” at the km 25.5 of the road “Progreso-Telchac Puerto”.
Offering direct access to deserted miles of pristine white beach, this relaxed Eco-friendly mini-resort, set on the Yucatán Peninsula, is 11 kilometers from the archaeological ruins at Xcambo. It is now said to be the original site of the first Mayan people, hence its magic!
The area is surrounded by natural flora and fauna; a nearby Ceynote and a natural walking path bring an authentic experience to your stay with us. It is the newest and most beautiful mini-resort on the Yucatan coast, bathed by the fresh sea breeze.
