• Scraping, harvesting, or automated collection of any content from this website or associated platforms for any purpose including AI dataset creation
• Reproducing, repurposing, or distributing any Chakaura™ content through AI-generated outputs in any form

This applies to:  All written content, recorded teachings, music recordings, course materials, booklets, novels, social media content, podcast episodes, video content, and any other original work created by or associated with Michèle C. St.Amour and the Chakaura™ Institute of S.O.U.L.

Your voice, your name, your likeness:  The voice, name, image, and likeness of Michèle C. St.Amour are protected under Canadian personality rights and intellectual property law.
