Missed appointments are not refunded or rescheduled.
All appointment changes must be made 72 hours before your appointment date and time.

If, for some reason, we cannot make the appointment due to outstanding complications or health reasons, we will reschedule during business hours at your convenience within an acceptable time. If this does not work then we will refund you your investment in yourself.
