An online questionnaire, an emailed docuent with personalized Chakaura™ Advanced Structural Assessment, and Recommendations with a certified practitioner emailed prognosis and recommendations.
Pre-requisite: Pre-questionnaire is to be filled out and received by us 72 hours after payment of service. A section for asking questions is available on the form before the meeting.
Equipment needed: Wifi, computer access and ability to maneuver basic programs and upload photos. A camera or mobile phone with ability to upload pictures to your file.
YOUR REPORT: Received by email 7-14 days after receipt response time depending on availability.
