Integration
These Online Zoom Live sessions normally last 45-60 minutes but she takes the time that is needed so in some cases the sessions will be a bit longer. The session is followed by a prognosis, possibly some reading material or videos to view, nutritional and lifestyle shifts she may suggest and her recommendations on what she feels is your next best step to achieve the goals you have set. These sessions are also healing since a blessing energy grounds these.
